Life drawing has been the foundation of art for centuries, generally considered one of the only real ways to understand form, light and proportion. There is nowhere to hide. No tricks. No shortcuts. Just you, a pencil, and the uncomfortable realisation that the human body is far more complicated than you gave it credit for.
